Hi, I have problem connecting PureVPN in the office via windows/mac apps or manually setup to xxx.world4china.com but no issue connecting outside of office.
Could you please share me what port you use for L2TP connection so that I could check with company IT or any help you could provide in getting the connection.

I get Error 789 for xxx.world4china.com, Error 720 for using windows application.

While split tunneling is really a great idea, for my purposes it makes much more sense to reverse it to lauch proframs from the area that you DO NOT WANt going through the VPN. With all the latest security measures, a user goes through hell when a program like MS Outlook tries to connect to a Gmail or Yahoo server from a new country. Personally, I would prefer to be able to make a program an EXCEPTION to going through the VPN. I wonder if others would feel the same?

But the connection get redirected automatically now.

I have to manually re-enter my password EVERY damm time I connect!

I am using Mac 10.9.5

The connections are also SHIT, I cannot last on any ONE connection for longer than 2 hours at a time! When I 1st signed up, they were lasting 3-5 days on ONE connection.

I HATE re-connecting all the time!

What are you going to do to fix this promptly??

I used your software when I was in China last year and it was great. I bought it again this year for my new computer and have been very disappointed. Some areas it constantly loses connection. What has been most frustrating is that when I log in on what is supposed to be the "fastesst US server", I get defaulted to Mexican Yahoo. Do you people not know the difference between the US and Mexico?

the username and password are unnecessarily complex - i'll never remember them

the interface is holy and old (no autocomplete in the field for this feedback form for example)

i can't seem to connect more than 1/2 the time I try

when I browse websites while connected, it looks like it is rerouting through other sites

I had to reboot my router because my internet speed went to 10% of what it should be and I think it was from after using this

I've used express VPN and for the extra $50 at least I know it works

Love everything about this VPN except the fact that I can't start it already minimized to the system tray.

You already have the feature to auto login and to start on system startup. Great. But all this means is that I have to manually click the "x" in order to get it to be minimized to the system tray.

Is there anyway to add an additional feature to the "launch on system startup" option that would allow me to have the program automatically launch, login and minimize itself to the system tray?

That would make me a very happy PureVPN user.
