    1. When i log on i now get a 2nd pop up for username & password. I put my password in but it says incorrect. Please confirm my login details.

    2. I need to pay my annual bill but as i'm in the UAE I cannot log into your website to pay. (see above re using vpn)

    Many other VPN providers offer basic port forwarding functionality to secure particular applications as a standard product offering -- I am disappointed that this is only available from PureVPN with a separate fee, and appears to be quite a manual setup process.

    on the apple vpn program, it always asks for the password after saving it in the main screen, so you have to enter it twice.

    I rembember that I once could login with not entering my password.

    I just want to report that I cannot watch ABC videos (a US tv station) using US server because it says I am not in that region. It seems they know that I am using a vpn. It was not like that before.
    The same problem occurs when using Canada server. I cannot watch CTV tv videos (a Canada station) because it says I am outside the region.

    Pure VPN is extremely unreliable. I cannot connect to any server for more than 10-15 minutes and when it goes over that time the connection drops. I honestly feel cheated by your company. I was planning to use this VPN as my company plan and unless you can make connections more stable, that plan is completely out of the window. I cannot have a reliable VPN connection in my computer or my phone.

    It has been most difficult to stream Hulu in China this year. We have done this in the past but not this time. Any suggestions?

    We are getting a "VPN 741: The local computer does not support the required data encrytion type" on all of our computers. We can still get on with our iphones, but nothing else. Can you please advise ASAP as we need this fixed. Thanks. Frank Lovell
