Hello, here is some feedback:
I've now tested the Brazil fastes server for about 5 days, and every time it has been excessively slow or even incapable of handling audio and video (mp3 and mp4) transmission.
By comparison, your Argentina and Chile fastest servers have given totally satisfactory service.
Best wishes, Eric Keller

Pure VPN should allow the user to specify the Network card or at least the loacl IP address to bind the VPN to. I have 2 NIC's and it makes sense that if I bind the VPN to one NIC and the applications I want on the VPN well be setup to use that NIC as well.

File Sharing is very slow and choppy ....
Sometimes comes down to a halt and never picks up
Have tried on Linux, Mac OS and attempted multiple of the vpn server addresses.
It seems to start OK then slowly dies down.
This is just not acceptable. My ISP bandwidth is 50 Mbps down and I can hardly download anything wih the speeds I obtainA very unsatisfied customer - thinking of a refund at the moment

Initially tried to subscribe for 1 month then tried to change to 1 year. No options found on your site to do this cleanly.

I have PureVPN set to start automatically when I start my Windows 7 PC but how can I get it to also automatically connect to the same server with the same protocol each time? For example, say I use L2TP to the HongKong server, is there a way to have PureVPn connect me to that as soon as it starts? If not pelae can you add a "defualt connection" option to the client so users can do this? The client is generally good but this is my one biggest complaint about it.
Also, you need to show somewhere what protocol is being used if you connect automatically - or is it always just PPTP?
Can we also please have an option to show the connection log from the client? For those of us that are more technical we need to be able to see what it happening when we connect or if there is a problem when a connection drops.

This VPN is not so secure as claimed:
The following security risks:
- netbios over tcp/ip allways enabled?
- MS-CHAP (v1) always enabled?
- file and printer sharing is always enabled
- TCP/IP v6 is always disabled (not a security risk, but might become an issue in the futuredisabling these in the PPTP adapter does not help, they are overwriiten at the next connection

your vpn continue to suck guys. extremely unreliable. even if i get on, i'm knocked of within 30 seconds. yes, you read that right. 30 seconds.
it continues to say i'm on, but nothing moves, no connections can be made. i'm paying for virtually nothing.
