It would be good to have a warning signal such as a chime when the VPN connection drops out as I notice that the disconnection happens a lot and the internet kill switch is not very effective. Moreover, the internet kill switch creates issues with the attempt to reestablishe the connection again a lot.

I connected to the china fastest server when i was in beijing,but i could do nothing,

Really! This doesn't work. It works one time, then the next it says wrong password. You change password, same thing again: unable to connect. This now happened so many times! I really want my money back!

Application has a habit of crashing on my iMac when I disconnect to change servers by purpose and then attempting to reconnect.

I have a suggestion about the ( Slplit Tunneling ) - Beta testing.

Could there be options put Into It to speed things up.

I mean like a seperate option within It for example you only want a few programs / applications not to use the split tunneling so they can be added not to use the VPN.

Options Like that and vice versa would make It much easier and less painful setting up or adding heaps of programs to a list.

Just a thought options like I mentioned and maybe some similar to what I mentioned.

I think would make this feature of PureVPN really useful.

I am logged in to wifi and puevpn and cannot readily access information I need. Your advertisement to be used in China is not ture!

The Split tunneling seems to work fine but if the connection drops, the launched application switches back to ISP/LAN internet.
It would be great to have an option that kills the process launched from your VPN software if the connection drops so that the given program is never in a situation where it can go back to regular internet.

I caan't see anything in my window because a of an AD.... Why does the AD take up a lot of the window? I need to see it in order to connect and changed settings but I can't see what I'm doing because of the AD. I am very unhappy about this. This has happened a few times before. I am a former astrill VPN costumer that recently switched to your VPN service.
I am sorry to point out that the difference between PureVPN and Astrill is blatant.
Your VPN client apps are far from being user-friendly and "plug&play", they require a lot of configuring, juggling, testing, gimmicking, before they become barely functional. I am using one on my pc, one on my iPhone and one on my Macbook pro and I am really disappointed to notice that none of them is stable nor user-friendly, nor fast. This is noticeable especially in comparison with your competitor's applications.
I am sorry to admit that I am unsure whether I should ask for a refund.
