    Hi,
    Your IPs are now being detected by Hulu. They will not allow access to content, say they detect an anonymous proxy IP address.

    PureVPN client keeps dropping the link to the internet. Every time it does so it asks for the password, even though I have set it to remember the password. This is annoying.

    It would be good for the connection to be able to stay on continuously when connecting p2p. It seems to drop out after a few hours. This was one of the reasons I payed for this service to avoid exposure. Is there something I can do to prevent this?

    1) how come google nows where I physically am even when location is turned of (laptop, Ipad phone no difference) and using VPN connection server in different country ?
    2) how come Ipad looses VPN contact all th etime ? any specific settings that can be changed or tried ?

    When it works, it works great. Problem is, it doesn't always work on my 2009 Mac Pro running Mac OS X 10.8.5. I repeatedly get an error message saying the software can't connect with the server. I have not had this problem on my home-built PC running Windows 8.1. I have lately also had a problem on the Mac where I choose a British city, or I choose TV watching UK, but the software still shows me as connecting from the US.

    The question of whether I want PUREVPN to launch with its own preconfigured vpn...

    I really dont know. Im not educated enough to make this decision. can you email me a link that will explain it in layman's terms?

    I believe my Purevpn account was/is 0s101669. I'm not certain if I'm still subscribed but if I am, may I please ask that you cancel the subscription. Thank you.

    My vpn every 5 to 10 minutes is disconnected. I dont relally know what to do.

    MacOSX 10.10.3 version.
    It will be fine that color of "P" icon in the menu bar indicate the state of PureVPN. For example, Black means disconnected(idle mode to connect), Green means connected, Red means there is trouble like password error, Yellow means service disable, and so on.

    I am connected to WiFi, I am connected to Purevpn. I cannot send emails, chat on facebook,use youtube or access any of the sites this software is to provide acess.

    We need to fix these problems.

    I paid for a premium year subscription. I service is not working as offered.

    It looks your split tunneling function doesn't work, I tried for a few times.
    All traffic goes thru local ISP not VPN.
