    Everytime I use my VPN it will dosconnect itself numerous times before finally settling in and working. I am very disappointed with the service. This did not happen last year, why is it happening now?

    I'm writing this message in the customer feedback form inside the pure vpn application and it ends up in some public forum. WHAT THE FUCK? You are providing a security service, what's wrong with you? People have been posting their name/email and even credentials for the whole world to see.

    Hi, I have some suggestions after using pure vpn for some time now.

    1. Making the name/country/email fields mandatory in the feedback form is rather useless. Just make that optional for people who want to volunteer this information.

    2. The defaults of this VPN application should be the most secure settings. Using less secure settings should be a conscious decision of the user. For example split tunneling sounds like a nice feature however, the default is that no applications use the VPN. It should be the other way around. Same for encryption. It should default to the highest setting.

    3. To change certain options I have to disconnect from the VPN service. Why can't the application do this automatically ?

    4. I would love to have a list with favourite servers/purpose. The list of servers is huge (which is good) but sometimes I want to switch and it's quite annoying to quickly find the correct server. Also in this case, why do I have to disconnect first?

    your purevpn client under Yosemite 10.10.3 is not working properly.
    It can not connect. unless I use manually the mac vpn connection profile.
    I follow the manual setup it works, but with the client it is not working.
    Please check your client software.

    I can't seem to get to sites I want to get to.
    China blocks sites like youtube and google, and the point of paying for the VPN was so I could get there.
    The VPN says it's connected, with data going in and out.
    It helps me get to some websites, like gmail, but not for others, like youtube.
    I've tried getting to youtube on all my browsers and it tells me I don't have a secure connection.
    (Sometimes it will stop working in some browsers and start working in others. I have firefox, internet explorer and chrome.)

    It would be great to have some feedback!

    PureVPN icon on the bar of top of the screen could be improved (MAC OS) so it would change color/shape to indicate when VPN is connected and when it is not connected. It is very important and usefull feature. You never know if it haven't disconnected by accident and have to open it (with two clicks) just to check if it is still on.

    Im having problem connecting my IOS devises. It just doesnt conect. keeps going back to conect botton.

    Does it has to do with updates for your app?

    I just paid for a monthly suscription and I can't even use the vpn for the first time, it never connects!!!

    For some reason, I have not been able to connect my pure vpn. I have restarted my computer, no problem with my network. It gets through steps 1 and 2 and after a minute on step 3, it goes back to "Connect". Do you have any suggestions?
