Worst VPN experience ever.
Doesn't work at all.
Paid for Stealth but doesn't even exist in the dashboard.

Hey one thing that woud be extremely handy would be to have the ability to change IP's on the fly. Rather than disconnecting and reconnecting to a different one, I could just stay connected and pick a different server and switch to that one. Either that or add proxie service to your list of services provided. I do a lot of switching for creating social media accounts for my various websites and it's best to sign up for each account from a different IP. I learned the hard way that if several are created from one IP, all is fine until one account get's banned for some reason and all accounts from that IP get closed down.

Really easy installation which raises some questions:
1. Do I need to change any settings on the ASUS RT-AC66U router.
2. Does PureVPN automatically find the fastest connection to me each time I boot up?
3. Why is PureVPN connecting to Texas when in milliseconds the Eastern areas from the MidWest are about 27 milleseconds?
4. How can the Client, i.e. me, tell what the connection speed in milliseconds is?
5. Does Laptop and smartphone use TCPOpen VPN - are these settings the best?

Do you have other clients in China complaining about very slow connection to all servers in Windows desktop version?
It has become ridiculous. I already followed the tips (choosing PPTP, etc, choosing nearest country, etc).
I am about to check out other vpn providers though I have used you for 2 years now.

I use a PC PUREVPN client, sometimes the Internet can not browse regular Web pages, but does not see the video is very smooth. I do not know why, maybe because the Chinese mainland's blockade of VPN? When I open my connection to PureVPN on my laptop, it takes up more than my screen. Unlike most apps, I am unable to resize it. As a result, I am unable to access all of the feature when I am using it at a coffee shop or somewhere when I am unconnected to my docking station.

Good morning all, Currently in Afghanistan, having problems connecting to South Africa. It showes me I am connected on the dashboard but on Network and SharingCenter, No Internet, and I cannot launch any Browersers att all including skype. Log on to other server e.g. UAE , it's perfect, fantastic. Please help.
