    We have moved and are now using an different router and ip privider.
    Now when I log on to Pure VPN the program runs but the only ip address that shows up is the ip address or my ip provider and no ip from somewhere else in the world?
    I think it must have something to do with my firewall but don't know what to do about it. Can you help with this?

    Pour vendre votre produit, les explications étaient en français alors ça serait bien que votre interface le soit également car je n'arrive pas à utiliser le service que je viens d'acheter.

    This is the worst ever VPN I have ever seen. My internet provider gives me with speedtest 15 Mbps dowmload and when I hook up to PUREVPN my downlowd goes down to .94 Mbps. I have gone thru the bulshit chat but I have not had any better than 4 Mbps since last Saturday at noon. What is this all about?

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I am not able connect to the internet via PureVPN with my Andriod mobile wihle I am in China. What should I do to solve this problem? And your Live Chat support is not working with my note book. Please help. Thanks!

    To whom it may concern,

    Whatever you have changed or 'updated' with your servers in recent times (past month). PLEASE PLEASE change it back.

    We haven't had a stable connection with ANY of your servers to the uk since the turn of the new year

    Never thought I'd say it, but bring back 2016.

    Constantly disconnectng on PC, Android and Ipad.

    Whats happened?

    I would like to know if I will be able to watch british and Irish TV with this VPN. I have had this for a while and now I am not able to get in those countries. This is why I have this VPN so I would like to know.
