    my vpn will not connect to any servers. it has not done so for a few months now. please either refund my vpn or advise me on how to connect. thank you.

    Guys,

    I'm trying to get PBS.org thru US fastest server, but with no success! That site says that can't deliver the video because of right permissions.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    I've tried both new and old version of your client software on Windows 10, and the new version lacks lots of features, the interface is confusing ... I don't see the benefits !
    I really prefer the old one.

    Hello,
    why is there no connection-kill switch feature in the PureVPN client for Mac, while it is possible to have one in Windows?
    Dropping VPN-connections are annoying anyway, but at least a kill feature would support the protection one seeks with the VPN.

    Hi, you can make PureVpn Menubar Icon to turn to another color if connected / not connected. ( Mac OSX )

    I'm just testing your software first time this week.

    I'm getting dropped connections - or rather in particular, that Netflix isn't recognizing that its "USA" tho it appears that purevpn is connected.
    it seems to not automatically re-connect or self-correct

    It also seems that this may be connected to split tunnelling. Tho I'm not sure about that.

    I was especially interesting in your software because of the split tunnelling, since the VPN will interfere with my email client without it.

    I'm not requiring a reply from you, just I'm suggesting you look into this.

    Would be helpful if settings were easily accessible and VPN didn't keep disconnecting all the time.

    Dashboard says I'm connected and have been for 2 days 20 hours and 56 minutes but I'm not connected, can't "disconnect," and can't open up a live chat. HELP!

    I'm in Canary Island and i would see SkyGo program in italian language. The connection wasn't good and went off very often. Today, the connection is totally absent and so is impossible to see every italian program. I don't know what is the cause but I'm not satisfied of my Vpn Connection. Sorry for my bad English and best regards

    Hello, I am testing purevpn presently, and I am wondering how come there are only two servers in Denmark, but 8 in Stockholm, Sweden and 4 in Norway? I know we are very, very happy here in Denmark, but we are also very thoroughly regulated and in need of privacy.

    this crap just WASTED my last 40 minutes on trying to get connect the server. I tried different servers for millions times!!!!! I am so disaapointed!

    I am using MAC OSX 10.9.5

    The PureVPN "P key" logo shows up in my window title bar. However, ti does not appear to highlight or change color etc when i am either connected or disconnected.

    I appreciate the fact the shortcut icon is there but would ask that you consider ether a dramactic olor change or possibly pacing an X or circle with line over the icon as an indicator that the VPN connection is NOT active.

    Not a big thing but it is nice to have a visual reminder of my current VPN security status.
