    not sure what package i'm using.

    anyhoo, my vpn periodically resets. it would be (very) cool if my pureVPN had an option where it would halt ALL network traffic when that happens until i manually resume.

    or it has a setting to halt ALL network and attempt to re-connect using the last working settings. Resume sending packets when pptp is back up.

    just a thought.

    Hy, how I can Update from version 4.0.0.3 to 4.2.0.0?
    I coan only download with connection over VPN. But if I click "install" so I have no access to the download file!
    Have you an other way to download the file for update to 4.4.0.0?

    The only reason why I chose this service was to be able to use it in China. I can't even login or get support because your site is blocked. You fucked with my account. I want a refund for this shitty vpn

    An effective VPN is working in the background unnoticed once installed. Your VPN is working in the middle of the screen all the time asking for password or demanding to be connected. Your VPN is not ready for use enhance the connecting part, maybe it will be useable, now it is a piece of crap

    I am using an account my boss assign for me with his own account, but recently, I cannot get connected, it always failed in the process of verifying user name precess, and there is a notification about failed to connect server, please check the problem, the VPN is vital to my work.     Has been nearly a week now since major service disruption and no vpn improvement as yetr from purevpn. My service from you was good for aboout a month and now it is not. No facebook, no youtube, very slow contact with us websites. Have used some of your suggested vbandaid fix ideas but still can not get connected to aforementioned websites. WHen will you be back providing proper service to China? I am a US expat and paid $48 for 2 uyears service but only have been able to use for one month.

    Dear ladies and gentlemen,

    my name is Maximilian Glück and I am normally a very happy customer of yours but recently I have some problems connecting to your VPN service.

    I registered my account with following email address: maximilian.glueck@hs-furtwangen.de
    This account is from my old university where I made my Bachelor Degree. Now for several days I get the following error message:

    "Verbindung konnte aufgrund von Tunnelfehlern nicht aufgebaut werden"!

    Is my account blocked and if yes why? Or is one year already over and I have to pay again?

    Please be aware that my old email address "maximilian.glueck@hs-furtwangen.de" was deactivated by my university after my degree.
    Now you can only reach me over this account "MaximilianGlueck@gmx.de"!

    Please let me know as soon as possible whats wrong with my purevpn account so that we can find a solution together!
