    Hi,

    I am having real problems with the speed restriction your VPN srvice is creating, locally (Switzerland) I am currnently connecting at 15mb on a domestic broadband connection that is very stable, when I use either "Sports Streaming - UK" or "Streaming - iTV Player" the connection speed falls to 1.5mb every time which is not quick enough to stream what is going wrong?

    Secondly, on any off yur connections, I can not access Sky Go to watch my subscription service, each time their system says "Not in the UK", what is going wrong with your service here?

    Hi I'm working in china end last time i can not connect to VPN, still it shows error 806.

    FUCK, when i load on switzland, you give me a adress on DUBAI !!!!! Its not the same , if ypu can not give a real adress , just tell it !!!!

    For some reason I am unable to access ITV catchup services using PureVPN on the Fastest UK setting. Any idea why this should be so and do you have a solution?

    Pure customer service sucks.....just a little effort on the part of your reps would mean a great deal to older people, especially infirm people.
    Pure will be replaced by another provider who gets it.

    I don't want to use Pure again. It is not working. I have deleted the last two versions 2 and 3 but cannot seem to get rid of the original. I will not buy Pure again. - You have been helpful in your correspondence but this is just not working for me now. PLEASE DON'T RENEW. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE THIS FOR A LONG TIME AND IT SEEMS I NEVER WILL.

    Sky tv is blocking purevpn uk servers, any ideas or a fix please as only reason I bought purevpn. Also Netflix blocked too.

    hen purevpn fails to connect, a message appeard at the bottom of the window BUT it lasts only for a moment AND is only one line that does not reveal the full message. Improving that would be a help. cheers
