Why is this VPN so slow? Most servers struggle even getting 2mb/s (yeah, that's megabit).

Your VPN service is death !!
always the same fault: After very long login (over 1min.)
the same answer (Error 800) in different servers: China, Hongkong, Taiwan,I logged in as I did before, ID + Password had been saved and worked before.
Please fix this quickly. I need it urgently.

Your USA servers do not work under Dropdown and even manually - usca1.ptoserver.com and us1.ptoserver.com.
Pls send me US server links as I need US access. I have been a customer for over 4 years.
I am based in China where vpn access is heavily guarded.

having problems with everypart of this app and the program downloaded on my computer. the last time i used it on my computer was 2 years ago and now i have a new login but the connection will not last. I am also using the app on my samsung products but usually the system gets stuck on "connecting (tcp)" then will not connect. its kinda fustrating. i need the vpn for work and the vpn doesnt work which means i cant work. The app works on my wifes iphone but none of my devices. and dont email me at the gmail account cause i dont have a vpn so cant access that email in china. email me at dkwhite06@outlook.com asap

When i started to use, almost all server can be connected without problem. But now after using for almost a month. All sort of problem surfaced. First, China Server keep on disconnecting or cant connect at all....now more worst...almost all server keep disconnecting. Suck..after using 1 month i wont continue to subscribe anymore.
