You must have another system of verifying before blocking an account.
I am very disappointed with your service which I require because of my
frequent travel out of my home country.
Now I'm in Indonesia and the particular network block lots of sites even my
home country news sites.
You just shouldn't block without verifying.
I might have to subscribe to another vpn after this fiasco.

I have sent in the information I have been asked for for my VPN. It was shut off due to some verification process.

Really horrible streaming. Trying to watch a show and it constantly cuts in and out.

watermarks.
Can you improve on that?
After all, a paying user is entitled to beter quality service.
It is not my ISP service, since I get 122Mbps download speed, from COX Communications.

The connect button is not working at the bottom.

So i have manually setup my vpn. But would like to use this program to change servers instead of having to manually setup my VPN.

Terrible service terrible set up, terrible support, I have No DNS, told to got to customer area noy functioning, finally get to it by re-logging on says i have to pay bill when i get the bill the amount is ZERO.
No mention of further payments earlier on in the setup either

I use Purevpn to watch streaming videos . When I try to play a video
on www.rtbf.be (Belgian TV) they detect that I'm in a foreign country
and I am connected to your Belgium server. How can I watch Belgian TV without being detected ?

I am having trouble configuring my laptop to share its internet connection with other hard wired devices through a switch. I have a couple of rokus and a blue ray player that and am trying to use my windows 7 laptop in the it closet as a gateway. It worked very easily when I tried express vpn but it no longer works not that I have loaded pure vpn. I ordered pure vpn for the faster speeds but if it doesnt work will go back to express vpn. So the scenario is. I have one network card on the laptop which I am using for my network in. I have a second adapter on the same laptop connected to a switch which is feeding all the entertainment devices. This way I segregate my network . Please help.

If you had had the decency to state UPFRONT, as did TunnelBear, that it would be necessary to install Micro$haft .NET Framework 4, I would have skipped PureVPN and moved on.
.NET Framework is a security risk, and really nothing but a crutch for inept programmers.

had an issue streaming Hulu with the "stream Hulu" setting. used the live chat feature and was instructed to close my browser, disconnect and restart Pure VPN and use the dedicated IP of "hulu.purevpn.net". i was asked to respond and let you know if it worked, it worked like a charm, thank you.

Why is the system using the same IP address? Why is the system using an IP address near my phsyical location? That defeats the purpose of using this service?

The IP address should be random, that is how all other companies assign IP addresses.

I just bought today the vpn for 1 month in order to see the italian skygo but it's not working at all. There are 2 italian servers, the first one is a disaster and the second one is not working.

Please fix this problem as quick as possible because I paid for a service that is not working for now.
