Hi, i have recently signed up for 1 month of pure VPN service, still when i tried to access webby like baidu.com for mp3 they said the the was for their china user, even after i have chosen at the VPN client window to connect via to China server.

Last week, I requested a refund of my subscription due to locking me out of the
account, not even one day after I started using the account, due to what you called
some spamming or unacceptable behavior from my account, which was not

Hi, since three weeks have been having problems. my ticket ID is 365061. Log on to live chat many times, all to no avail.
Was in connection with live chat again, rebooted my computer and can't get to live chat again.
