The ping test option is only available on Windows & Mac at th moment, please have a look:
https://support.purevpn.com/how-to-perform-a-ping-tests-on-popular-operating-systems

It will not be possible to introduce it on Firestick at the very moment, we will let you know once we are about to do that.
