  1. 8.0.4.0 is causing an error which crashes the app on win 7 whilst 8.0.3 is working fine. Its just a missing dll as far as I can see.

    At the moment, the dedicated IP feature can be used on iOS via manual configuration. An in-app feature of the Dedicated IP will be convenient.

  3. Please consider adding an option to access my local LAN while connected with PureVPN on my Android phone

    As of version 8.18.87 for Android, it appears the PureVPN attempts to route ALL traffic via the VPN server, including traffic intended for my local LAN. Please provide an option to allow traffic to be routed to my local LAN while connected to the VPN server. I found that the Android TV version for PureVPN does route traffic to my local subnet.

  4. Selectable UI Text

    It would be really great to make the text selectable in the Windows app, so I can select my IP address and copy/paste it, rather than typing it out. This would avoid the human error we all make some times.

  5. Added security in Login Credential Menu

    You must add security in the password credentials menu. Where do I want if I change my password. purevpn provides authentication to the email confirming that someone is about to change the password. after I click the authentication button on the email. I just can change the credential password.

  6. Add auto-connect feature for users with dedicated ip add-ons

    You may add an auto-connect feature for users with dedicated ip add-ons. I’m hoping when I start Windows, purevpn auto starts, auto login including auto login to dedicated IP feature.

  7. My suggestion would be, please update and clean up your help section.

    Your server list seems outdated. I have copied over the name many times in different configurations and it just will not connect or load. IP address has changed so frequently that it's just difficult for those of us say on a router who have one address programmed in there to keep getting a successful connection.

    The help section also has different OVPN files for different operating systems and devices for their broken down into holding new versions. Is that really necessary?
    Wouldn't want to file a work for everything since most people are probably copying them over into an app…

    Many times the app asks me to re-login and then i loose all my split tunneling settings, etc. And have to setup all over again.

  10. A way of turning off the recomended location in new Windows 10 app

    It constantly gives me Turkey with a ping around 28th in the list of countries a long way off the best.
