Option to keep PureVPN connected when device goes into Screensaver/Sleep mode
PureVPN seems to disconnect when my PC goes into sleep mode. It automatically reconnects when I wake the PC, but it connects to some random location, and rarely the one I had been previously been connected to

Combine city & country
Combine the Country and City tabs, make them nested instead. For example, I can click on the country UK and it would connect to the best UK server; but I would have the option of expanding the UK list to show all available cities, and I would choose the city I wanted. This way, if I wanted to watch Netflix UK I could easily go through the available servers and (hopefully) connect to one that isn't blocked.

Improved in-app scrolling
Better way of scrolling thru the list of locations. The scroll bar goes too fast and are not alphabetically listed. It will be easier if another way is available like scrolling thru the list by the down or up arrow.

Clock which shows length of time the VPN has been connected.

Stop routine updates
I don't like "routine" updates which take the liberty of changing default settings especially privacy settings without explicit notifications instead of being buried in pages of legalese.

Notify when PureVPN is disconnected
Constantly flashing icon when disconnected from VPN, prefer to have initial bell or other audible warning. Audible warning could be periodic, not constant.

Make PureVPN easy to use for blind people
My trial of Pure VPN expired and I have never taken out a paid membership for the sole reason that the Pure VPN software is not fully accessible to a blind person like me. I have to use a screenreader application with TTS but since your application does not comply with legal accessibility requirements, I can't use it. This sucks since your developers could easily refrain from discriminating against blind people like me by simply doing their job properly.
