  6. Make easy login and connect procedure

    Please make it simple to login and connect.
    Currently it is so complicated to remember separate (Member Area) + (VPN) credentials.
    There should be only one credentials across the whole platform, One login & password. That's all ..

  8. Provide ease for Split Tunneling feature

    Easier access to the split tunnel function within the core user interfaces main screen. Currently too many mouse clicks to reach. Be nice to have the function with a right click on any program icon to launch with PureVPN including option in mouse pop up to open with PureVPN split tunnelling.

  10. Please kindly add some settings option into Fire TV App

    Hello,

    On fire TV stick Channel 4 (UK) can be only streamed if you use the following settings (available in standard android app): multiple port yes, tcp protocol, network type non-nat network. Having no such settings options in PureVPN app for Fire TV stick you have no chance to use all4 app and watch the best UK tv channels.

    Please add these settings into PureVPN app for Fire TV stick.

  11. Opportunity to open the app with no Internet (on Android)

    When I am disconnected from the Internet, I want to be able to change the settings and select the country of connection before I connect.
    Now it doesn’t even allow me to open the app, a window pops up asking me to connect to the Internet.
    So I cannot turn on the Internet and use VPN right away. All apps traffic starts running on a regular network (visible to my provider, and my real ip is also leaking) and I have no way to instantly connect.

    It’s especially funny that to change the settings I have to disconnect from the…

  12. Add a link to download the Android App without play store.

    I'm now using a new Huawei tablet and there's no play store. When I click on the download Android App link on your web site, it links to the play store which doesn't work for me. please add a link to download the apk directly. Alternatively you can upload your app to Huawei app gallery.

  13. More in depth list of servers for each country, that we can view when clicking on a country.

    When we select a country it would be cool to be able to see the list of servers available. In the app settings it would be cool to be able to toggle this option on and off. Option to connect to a country automatically based on the best server available would still exist though.

  16. Offer Dedicated IPv6 Addresses

    IPv4 is limited which makes it expensive. IPv6 has almost limitless address space and most ISPs give out chunks of IPv6 addresses for free. I would LOVE the option of purchasing additional Dedicated IPv6 addresses for a cheaper price. If I had this feature, I would cancel my cloud hosting accounts and just run everything from my house.
