When I am disconnected from the Internet, I want to be able to change the settings and select the country of connection before I connect.
Now it doesn’t even allow me to open the app, a window pops up asking me to connect to the Internet.
So I cannot turn on the Internet and use VPN right away. All apps traffic starts running on a regular network (visible to my provider, and my real ip is also leaking) and I have no way to instantly connect.

It’s especially funny that to change the settings I have to disconnect from the VPN. But when I am disconnected, I can't open the application and go into settings.
