Use Dedicated IP or Dedicated DDoS IP in Windows Sandbox
I am testing how to use VPN connection in the Windows Sandbox environment (Windows 10 Version 1903).
I tested successfully with following configurations:
- Use UDP protocol
- Use NAT network
- Use Security/Privacy mode.
- Don't use Multiport feature.After I set up with above configurations, I open Windows Sandbox.
Wait 2-3 minutes, I open the Network and Sharing Center in Windows Sandbox.
There is only one "Network" here. I open "Network" Status and configure with DNS's IP that I got from Windows Host Environment. After setting up, I can connect to PureVPN's IP and use PureVPN's DNS in…1 vote -

OpenVPN UDP port 123
My school doesn't allow port 53 for UDP and TCP port 80, please add port 123 for UDP or 443 for TCP thanks!

Offer the "dedicated IP" service for Italy too
There is no "dedicated IP" service for Italy at the moment. My suggestion is to implement that for Italy and for other countries too.

could you please help us to make a DDOS Protected VPN server in ASIA? Hongkong or Singapore please
I've tried the one from Australia, but it's way too lag with 400+ms latency made us unable to do anything

Implement individual server selection for browser extension as in purevpn app
why not implement this in browser extension as well likewise in the purevpn app so we can connect to individual servers associated with specific country for example USA Miami or Los Angeles or Chicago... or UK London or Manchester .. and so on etc etc

Need more countries to access Netflix
I've been requesting access for Netflix in Germany for years now. So far there is only US and UK available. As Netflix US loses more rights to shows that will only become available in other regions, it would be great to be able to access those other regions as well. Also it's nice to be able to help learn other languages by watching shows in those languages and those are only available in the specific countries.

OpenVPN service in Prague, plus virtual server in Brno.
For most of the servers you are providing PPTP and OpenVPN option. To avoid running app on my laptop I would like to set up vpn directly on router via OpenVPN but this option is missing on Prague server. Also I would like to ask for VirtualServer in Brno city - state Czech Republic.

Access to Netflix Arabic content from Middle East in popular websites option

Allow users to close account and get a refund if they are within the 30 day money back guarantee period.
Make the process of closing your account within the 30 day period quick and efficient. You should be able to do this no questions asked through your website. It should not require dealing with the billing team when it is supposed to be a 30 day money back guarantee trial. It would be fine if you had to fill in a survey to explain why the service was not suitable, but to make someone wait 24-72 hours to deal with this is not acceptable.

normal account vs dedicated ip option
why i lose my normal account when i active the dedicated ip option.its not fair because i payed for it separatly and its my right to have my 2 accounts.

providing a portal that customers can check to see if PureVPN is working an issue with their service.
If customers begin having an issue, it would be nice to easily check to see if there is a known issue going on. There is an issue PureVPN is currently be worked that I only found out about once I chatted with a 2nd Help Desk person. First one didn't volunteer that information. Before calling however, I struggled to figure out if it was an issue on my end, only to find out I was wasting my time. If no portal can be provided, an email informing customers that there is an issue being worked would be very helpful.
