providing a portal that customers can check to see if PureVPN is working an issue with their service.
If customers begin having an issue, it would be nice to easily check to see if there is a known issue going on. There is an issue PureVPN is currently be worked that I only found out about once I chatted with a 2nd Help Desk person. First one didn't volunteer that information. Before calling however, I struggled to figure out if it was an issue on my end, only to find out I was wasting my time. If no portal can be provided, an email informing customers that there is an issue being worked would be very helpful.
