It's probably an ubuntu problem, but the connection status is not displaying correctly in the status box in the upper right of ubuntu. When I check status is says vpn off and would not start, however on the command line it displays that I am connected. Thanks for your help logging in, I forgot to provide purevpn at the beginning of my username and couldn't log in, chat line was awesome and pretty quick to provide what I needed
