    It is getting more and more difficult to get on the VPN, especially from 3pm to 11pm, when I need it the most.

    Hi! How are you? I have problem using the vpn, Everytime after I have log in for maybe 1min the line will lost connection or disconnect automatically. Please help.

    Whenever I use a USA server, I cannot access any website that uses Google.
    especially the Seattle server.

    this is getting to be one hell of a headache.... I can use a UK server, or a Hungarian server and see Google News, or any website that uses Google links.
    but not Seattle or Houston.... they are locked out of the Google system.... my research says that those IPs have been identified with hackers and piracy... I can't justify your VPN if I can't use a homebase server address in the USA.

    I subscribe to www.Zattoo.Com in Zurich Swistzerland and watch recorded TV
    shows on that site using your L2TP and fastest Swiss server.
    Your server works very well without buffering the streaming videos but
    it disconnects between 30 minutes ant 55 minutes later.
    Same happens on www.rts.ch

    hello again,

    i am using purevpn in china. the purevpn are always broken, and do not reconnect
    until 30 seconds later. could you re-code this program to remove this 30-sec
    waiting period?

    and you probably should get the "automatic" option smarter, choosing each one
    from pptp through sstp individually, so that i don't need to try them one by one
    each time the connect lost.

    could you give me a reply on how soon would it be possible to solve these two issues?

    hello,

    i use android 5 in china where i can't connect purevpn in these days any way, not
    through udp or tcp, through netherlands nor japan, south korea.
    it has been several days. could you show me a way out?

    Hi

    Have been having lots of problems with the client for Mac. The interface closes itself down all the time and I basically can't use PUREVPN with my Mac air most of the time.
    The client for windows is much more stable. Please look into this and provide a solution asap as I'm basically paying for 50% of what's promised.

    My locaiton is in China,. however I cannot access the web with connecetion servers other than Chinse server. Please help me tyo solve this. Thank you in advance.

    The servers have been really slow lately. I have used various servers in order to improve the connection. None of them works properly. Is there something you could do to make the servers more rapid?

    Dear support,

    how can I set up fixed DNS addresses? Without a foreign DNS I still go via Chinese DNS and sites stay blocked.

    I am a new user to Pure vpn. I am not having much luck with it. It seems to connect for about 5 minutes and then automatically disconnects. I also cannot get the live chat to work for customer support.

    I live in china.

    Please add software version to PureVPN software (Windows). Via 'properties' it is not possible to determine which version I am using now. And also add changelog like all other software.

    why does it keep telling me wrong password and user while i try to login to pure vpn app on my desktop,but can login on web browser
