PureVPN is without a doubt the worst paid VPN i have ever used...and I have used quite a few. It's practically unusable inside China. Unless you drastically change your service for better, i would not be re-subcribing.

We just cannot get Smart DNS to work. We have tried the instructions exactly as written, many times, without success. Please test it in Canada, we have a Toronto IP address - please make sure it is simple and works!!

Hello, I have a few suggestions.
1. User interface of the Software can´t be maximized. Full screen would be better.
2. It would be better and beautiful, when you insert an animated world map into the interface. For example, if the customer choise a server, a plane can fly there.
3. Insert a few designs and colours to choise.
Design is also an important buying decision for most of the customers.

If you added NTV Spor (Turkey) to SmartDNS, that would be perfect. Most turkish people want this Channel, because it´s unavailable over Satellite.

I'm using 1 year subscription PureVPN service.
I kindly ask you if the speed of streaming video still depends on my connection (wifi router), or just on your service.
Here at my house I have a very bad connection, but in the next days I'm gonna change country where the connection is better.
Do you think the streaming speed could increase? -

Hi,
I live in Portgual and I have a 50 Mbit connection (optical fibre).
I have used purevpn to get an italian IP and it has worked fine during the last winter.
Now, it's impossibile to watch any movie: the italian servers are too slow, even surfing the web...
For sure, I'll not renew the license in October.

I'm terminating my account with purevpn. you have long been unable to fulfill your obligations and despite several notes to you, the service remains unusable.
i also note that you have been trying to renew my account. at no time did i realise that i was joining a renewable membership. let me repeat, you are not authorised to renew my account. you services are insufficient for my use. thank you
