    Horrible service. If I could still claim a 7 day money back guarantee I would. I work in the North American tech industry and I will defineitley be spreading the word of this sub-par service.

    haveing a very difficult time with this and recieving a blue screen now when I have never been so unfortunate to have recieved them before on this computer. Computer was running fine until installation of this software. Help!!!

    I am only able to recieve kbs and i have 300mbs. Don't know anything about exporting logs nor even where to find the log to export.
