    For me a REALLY useful thing would be a disconnect alarm, or data cut off if a disconnect occurs, is Pure VPN capable of any of these ? thanks :)

    I am really having trouble using Pure vpn here in china. This isn't really working for me.

    Last night, Albert took me through the setup of VPN by remotely taking over my PC.
    He was so helpful and patient with me, and I thank him for that.
    Unfortunately, we could not conclude this installation.
    My PC screen was too large to show the bottom line of the program to finalise the installation.
    (Please see Albert for a better explanation).

    I offered to reduce the the resolution, but to do this, I had to restart the PC.
    So, I (we) had to terminate Albert's effort.

    So, much as I would like to keep the product, I feel it would be better to terminate PVN.
    If you have any better idea, I would appreciate your input.
    If not, would you please terminate this program immediately.

    I can no longer play Amazon Prime videos while on my PureVPN it sees that I'm overseas now instead of the USA server. I tried L2TP but it won't connect on my MAC.

    hi, it keeps going in and out. keep getting bumped out. am using fastest China and fastest Hong Kong. can you tell me what's up? thanks, Aron

    I have reinstalled the china version of vpn over the corrupt existing file.
    Since tech support could not explain to me how to remove the corrupt version.
    Vpn now will log on without completing user/password verification and then
    will report error 800.

    I hope this helps tech support figure out what is wrong.

    Hi,
    I can not connect pure vpn using my android phone.
    While using PC, it is very easy to get connected.
    When I tried using other VPN app (free one), I can connect easily.

    The split tunneling function in my computer is not working. I can not surf the Internet when I enable it.
    My system is Windows 10.

    Dear Pure Vpn Staff!

    I use your services in China. Sadly I am disappointed with your services. My vpn connection breaks almost every 10 minutes,
    and even if it works it is not stable at all... I've payed for a year and I am not satidfied at all.
    I hope you can improve your services.
