    I am very confused about which options on the dashboard are extras you have to pay for or are they available with my current subscription. If ADDON means you pay extra, you should say this. Would help a lot. It would also be great to have a 'more information' button to disclose any cost. It's just not user-friendly. Hope helps.

    At the present time on my Macbook, I have no way of telling if I am connected, or not.
    It would be useful to have a noifier somewhere on the screen (taskbar?) to show connection status.

    At the moment, I can not connect because you reject my name and password. I have paid and downloaded the software, but otherwise am getting nothing from my purchase.

    the password always changes on the purevpn software for mac if i tell it to save my password and the dissconect and close the app then log back in the password does not save .

    when I go to ITV player it says SORRY this is for uk users only

    it had worked before; I connect and get my IP before I bring up my search engine and put in ITV.COM

    I'm having a hard time getting the vpn to work longer than 2 minutes. It always gets disconnected. And even when I am connected it doesnt really work that wll.

    Whats wrong?

    It would be nice if there was either a built into the software or on your website way to have your system identify potential issues a user like me might have that affects PureVPN.

    Some of my Win10 apps work with Pure while others do not. For example to use MyRadar (ad free) I have to stop PVPN check the radar, the restart PVPN. I can run other things using admin cmd but that generally only is temporary.

    In Win8.1 I did not have any of these issues. Perhaps you are working to upgrade your software to do away with these problems and if you are great. But even with that it would be nice if you had a program to diagnose what I could do to improve my use of PVPN.
