    Hi
    I love the smartdns feature but i would like to have the possibility to have favorites on it. For exampel it is really hard to find Netflix on the US were there are so many channels.

    Hi, i am getting speeds of around 4-10 kbps sometimes i get maybe 50kbps, its unworkable. Im sure you'll say, 'Oh, your internet connection must be running slow!' but in fact when i disconnect from your service i am getting around 800 kbps. I am just trying to get on to sites that are not available in china. Anyway, this is just feedback. Maybe i will try another provider soon.

    Hi there,

    PureVPN is good for checking out Facebook and Youtube in internet censored countries such as China. However Im an avid pc gamer too and ofr some reason the moment i join a server while gaming, the VPN would disconnect or fail and therefore i would get kicked from the server, which is most frustrating.

    Hello,
    When I'm conecting to your VPN the DATA SENT and DATA RECIEVED are both showing 0, and I can't surf at all.
    I tried switching PTTP and P2TP and I tried different connections (home and office) and I have the same problem.
    Please help.

    The the web is so slow that we cannot see the tv... the only purpose of such service...

    VPN connection speed is very slow and sometimes even 0 kb/s no matter whether I use PPTP or L2TP. (I use "Fatestst United States" to connect to server in USA for most of the time). The website accessing speed is sometimes even quicker using Internet without VPN, accessing the same website in USA.

    This vpn is USELESS for me because it randomly disconnects and dones't tell me. There are two problems here.

    this is the worst vpn i have ever used.. and your tech support is awfull.. i need a refund... you are lieing when u advertise its the worlds best and worlds easiest vpn.. i want refunding.. ive had the same problem for weeks

    I have noticed the UK vpn connections are very slow this weekend, I am trying to stream media yesterday and today, and I have had to reconnect several times because the media is constantly buffering.

    Dear PureVPN-Team,

    Since I ordered VPN the connectivity in China gets worst and worst. Recently its getting really hard and difficult to connect.
    Out of that reason I consider to change the provider.
    Are this problems known in your team?

    Hi all , i opened yesterday my account and late on night i receive a message that the account will be disabled after 24 hours for security reason . Please dont do this because i've only chose to test your service for 1 month before confirm the year subscription .

    i hope there is a navigation here that allow us to view how many connections we used. to prevent from exceeding.
