Exclusive Split Tunneling instead of inclusive, meaning instead of the current model where nothing but X programs use VPN, ALL but X programs use VPN.

I have had nothing but problems since I 1st loaded the beta program which completely disabled my browser, Firefox. After uninstalling PureVPN, I spent hours resurrecting. Since I had talked myself into making the leap with a year commitment, I loaded your older version. I've had difficulties with username/password on both versions. As of now, I don't know my username. I have, as yet, to successfully connect to the internet using your infrastructure. While the older version has not disrupted my system, I would like to utilize your services as originally intended. It is possible that I am a moron - but not that likely.
So if you could send me an email with login details including username & password along with a time for me to expect a call from your office from someone qualified to walk even a moron through the use of your program, I would be very happy.

Hi,
I'm italian and work in France now mediaset open their channels. Likely sky go, mediaset use silverlight to broadcast their media but the smartdns doesn't work.Can you fix it?

Your prodect is one of the best and working good. but i will advice you to incould PM as part of your payment. if possible right way. i will also tell more friend about this vpn. i graded you 85% over 100. hope u add PM perfect Money to your payment option. thanks.

When most Apple programs are running a dot appears next to it in the dock. If it is the front program, it also has a menu along the top of the screen. When pureVPN is running, it does not appear with the top menu or have a dot in the dock. It makes it diffult to quickly know if it has been started.

How about fix your service so I don't get authorized access exception errors all the time. After all I did pay for two years of this service so I expect it to work when I want it to.
