    Dear Support Experts,
    I'm pretty unhappy with PureVPN. Sitting here in China you know, that I need a good virtual
    machine. But it doesn't work most of the time. It's like sit and hope. in 90% of the
    cases I don't get connected. If I get connected then on a very limited speed.
    Please advice what I can do better (don't know what, at it's just click connect),
    otherwise, I'd ask to get my money back!

    I live in Poland and need your service to watch BBC tv and to stream videos on Amazon prime.
    The only DNS group that works is the one commencing "193" run by GZ systems
    As I write all UK servers ffail to deliver for lack of that 193 group.
    How can I get round this problem?

    Do Not like NEW VPN page !
    Older version was MUCH easier to use. I have to LOG on EVERY time now !

    Our country is Taiwain, ain't no Province of China.
    BTW, your VPN servers in Taiwan sucked really really bad.

    Why can't I connect? This is happening increasingly. Is there no way to do a speed test or find out what is going on???

    I Happen To Use A Laptop At Times. ONE SIZE (Large) Pure VPN,
    Makes Things Difficult On Laptop Screens. Buttons That Need To
    Be Clicked, Etc. \ Unable To Perform Tasks.
    A Smaller \ Allowable: Screen Interface Would Be Ideal, Smaller.
