Hello. I wrote about a month ago because the VPN doesn't work very well at all. It never has worked great, but now it drops very often and has only very near 0 as in/out numbers. I have grown weary of all the time I spend relogging into this over and over again to no avail. I am planning to switch services, but since I paid for this one and set up everything on all our computers, I thought I might give you one more try to fix it. Cheryl.

seriously guys, this sucks... I'm being disconnected every ten seconds and have to type in the password again every time, that's seriously beyond annoying :/ why can't the client save the password?

i live in china and automatically repaid for my von for another year here however the connection is awful and sometimes it does not even connect at all. why does this happen? it is not worth my paying so much money for something that does not work. what do you suggest?

Guys,
Google keeps geolocating me (redriecting www.google.com > www.google.com.au), when connecting thru a US server.I have set to false (in Firefox geo.locate), but it is still redirecting me. MyIP (Geo) shows me connected in Texas, but i want to access the new YouTube Red in Australia (via US). But it keeps telling me it is not available in Australia, even though i am connecting thru the US.

Following any lack of activity the VPN is dropped. Despite having the 'remember me' ticked in the PureVPN Client the PW needs re-entered every time. That equals dozens of times a day. That equals a dozen reasons to consider finding an alternative supplier. Why don't you make 'remember me'= remember me?

I use the server located in Italy.
The service does not work well during peak hours, with RTT as high as some seconds or no connectivity at all. It is extremely hard to use interactive services (e.g., ssh) and the streaming is continously interrupted.

Having a really hard time - tried DNS on apple TV - does not work . Tried PTP on sabai router - does not work , and now the APP i used last night om my iMac does not work - none can seem to connect ? I am ready to cancel under your 7 day guarantee as spent too many hours messing with this. Please asdvise urgently !

Hi,
I have been using your service for a few months now and it works fairly well. I can't wait for all the features of the windows client to be ported to the osx client to make the experience even better..
Until then one thing that really irritates me is the unability of the osx client to remember the account password when it is typed in the client and the remember password box is checked. Every time I get disconnected (happens often i'm in china...) or my computer goes to standby i have to type the password again.
Can you please fix in an update of the client.
