    I couldn't connect to PureVPN, and receive a message says:"The PPTP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator."
    I want to know what is the problem, and need to connect through VPN

    Hello!

    I've been a happy customer of PureVPN for about 6 months, but it just expired-- and I
    live in China. I guess you know the rest of the story.

    Do you have an alternate link or alternate way of renewing my subscription? For example, a trial subscription for the week so I can pay for the service again?

    Our VPN has not worked for anyone's computer for 24 hours. It sometimes gets stuck on the server (server failed message), and most often ends iwth VPB Error 800: The tunnels failed. Doesn't matter what I put as the country (australia, belgium, U.S. fastest, U.S. netflix). And it seems to go around trying to verify username and password. We have tried to change from automatic to manual and so on. We are in Beijing. Cheryl.

    Dear CSR,
    I can't login the PUREVPN these days, it just showed VERIFYING USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
    I don't know what happen? Please help! I need to use VPN to work.

    Hello I have not been able to login to my VPN for a couple days now. It is becoming very frustrating.
    You will not be able to contact me at my email because I need a VPN to login to it.

    i cannot access to my VPN anymore. it's seems that there is an error "vpn error 800" and i cannot connect to any vpn... is there a solution cause i cannot work right now..

    Hi, I was using PureVPN in China for 2 weeks fine. But today i couldn't connect to server. I'm nore sure if there were changes of your servers or China's censorship blocked my connection to pureVPN.
