    IP's assigned in the range 172.*.*.* for netflix US are always blocked. Is there a solution to the problem. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Please keep the old version available - it is easier to use and doesn't leak DNS requests like the newer version.

    Quite disappointed with the new version to be honest.

    would like to have some features included on the old version eg. Favourites. :)

    Just redemed my acct. # and have been trying for 12 + minutes to make a connection. Doesn't matter which country I choose - same results - "You were disconnected. try reconnecting." What do I need to do to fix this?

    A survey was offered a day or 2 ago about the choice of either Australia or Ireland for the next site. I was unable to activate the survey as my internet was down. If it's not too late, can I still vote for 'Australia'?

    I haven't been able to connect with vpn for several days. Should I still be using "fastest US server" or do you have another suggestion?
