I do not have admin name or password, or information that would allow me to determine. Tried assigned user name, called chat, schecked site, emails, still no luck

@Temujin Thank you very much for your kind feedback
Ridiculously slow in the evenings, China time. What's going on?

Please can you look into adding an auto-reconnect to VPN function after the PC/Mac wakes from sleep mode.
This is not currently provided and is quite annoying having to manually (remember to) reconnect everytime
Very good speed and rarely disconnects.
Keep up the good work!

I can't get connected,
@Sam, Unfortunately there is no such way in the software but the icon on the top could be used for this purpose.
When PureVPN disconnects on it's own, is it possible to have a notifcation popup in OSX?
Charles Lott commented
The VPN should pop up a window saying CONNECTED via IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and then when it's disconnected it should popup a window saying DISCONNECTED! That way if we're doing something it won't take us by surprise that we're no longer in the VPN when we thought we were.
@Jeff Fowler, Could you please check on multiple websites like ipaddress.com, ip2location.com and hope it will confirm you the actual location. Basically the information you are getting from any IP checking website comes from the database and if the 3rd party website has older information we could not update that to their server / database.

Your website shows the following:
ca1.purevpn.net (Montreal, Quebec)
ca2.purevpn.net (Kelowna, British Columbia)
ca3.purevpn.net (Montreal, Quebec)
Your Purevpn Client Server Selection Tool shows the following:
The servers are actually responding as follows:
ca3.purevpn.net is in Kelowna
ca1.purevpn.net is in Montreal
ca2.purevpn.net is in Montreal
@G Thanks for the feedback. Your suggestion has been forwarded to the concerned department and hopefully it will be added. You may select "Show VPN Status in Menu Bar" from Network preferences of your Mac.
Could you please update the user interface so that I can toggle between programs on a mac and have PureVPN be one of those programs that shows up. It's a real pain having to go up to the menu at top of screen to click "bring to front" if I ever want to quickly access the U.I. window.
It would also be nice if you could make the "P" icon at the top of the screen turn green or something so I can quickly know & confirm that my connection is still active & secure... and maybe it can go red when it's not active.
@Timothy, it is to inform you that your VPN account details were already sent to you, please check in the email inbox / spam / junk folder or feel free to contact us via live chat if not found.
