I do not have admin name or password, or information that would allow me to determine. Tried assigned user name, called chat, schecked site, emails, still no luck

PureVPN is not working 50% of the time, this is really crap.
Support helped me once and said he changed it to PTPP, but whenever i do that it doesnt work.
I dont know whats wrong with it, it basically sucks -

Please can you look into adding an auto-reconnect to VPN function after the PC/Mac wakes from sleep mode.
This is not currently provided and is quite annoying having to manually (remember to) reconnect everytime

When PureVPN disconnects on it's own, is it possible to have a notifcation popup in OSX?

The VPN should pop up a window saying CONNECTED via IP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and then when it's disconnected it should popup a window saying DISCONNECTED! That way if we're doing something it won't take us by surprise that we're no longer in the VPN when we thought we were.

@Jeff Fowler, Could you please check on multiple websites like ipaddress.com, ip2location.com and hope it will confirm you the actual location. Basically the information you are getting from any IP checking website comes from the database and if the 3rd party website has older information we could not update that to their server / database.

Hello-
Could you please update the user interface so that I can toggle between programs on a mac and have PureVPN be one of those programs that shows up. It's a real pain having to go up to the menu at top of screen to click "bring to front" if I ever want to quickly access the U.I. window.It would also be nice if you could make the "P" icon at the top of the screen turn green or something so I can quickly know & confirm that my connection is still active & secure... and maybe it can go red when it's not active.
