    Extremely happy with the service and easy of use! One suggestion I would like to make is the additon of a status indicator for the menu bar icon (mac application).

    Your software didn't work for me. It would only connect using L2TP, it ran extremely slow, and would not allow me to access many websites. And your customer support said no refunds on the trial. Big waste of my time and money. I will be sure to tell other people to stay away from this product....

    Hi,

    If there is an option to add the list of app that requires VPN, then it will be good. This option is present in Windows, but not on MAC.

    I wrote to you over the weekend explaining that I was having problems with my MAC since I installed your software.

    My IT depatment have said I should remove your software as it must be causing some issues.

    How do I get my money back from you?

    @ziplague Thanks for your feedback. This is to inform you that this feature is available for both Mac and Windows under settings tab.

    For Windows:

    - Launch on System Start up
    - Redial automatically if the connection drops
    - Auto connect after launch

    For MAC:

    - Launch on system start up
    - Auto connect after launch

    Hi purevpn,

    I installed the purevpn desktop client version 2.1.1.0 by choosing locality as China
    during installation.

    But after successful installation, the installed client version shown wrongly as 2.0.0.0.

    Therefore, when I click check for update, it will say new version 2.1.1.0 available
    even though I have installed using version 2.1.1.0.

    Please look into this to fix version error (choosing China) when you release your next client
    software.

    I bought and installed the sofware last week and since then my MAC runs slow and sometimes freezes.

    Have you had this before and is there a fix?

    My MAC is only 1 year old and all the updates are current.

    Everything is working fine but i would like to suggest adding a feature that would connect automatically at startup before any other application.
