Hello,
I bought this package and then flew to China for my new job. After installing, it asked me
to enter a server number, id and password. Unfortunately, I can't find the email that sent
me my username, password and server numbers, and from here I can't search on purevpn.com
for it. Could you sent me that initial inormation again?

recently ive noticed dreadful throughput through the UK servers at peak times. Dial-up speeds.
Not something ive come to expect.

US2 as a connection is not workingfor me. it is what we have been routed to yesterday and today and it does not connect. US 6 and US 11 re very fast and stay connected but US 2 is terrible. i don't know if there is anything that can be done about that but I wanted you to know. Thank you!

I can now dl the software on my work computer and use it, but my home computer that's using Vista completely cannot even open the .exe file.
It's just a real hassel having to manual connect every single time!!!
PLEASE have your tech fix whatever the problem is or help me solve it (instead of just telling me to manuaklly connect using the guide) because I would
like to use the software to connect, it's much easier.I did everything. I even went into my bios and tried to fix the problem myself and to no use.

There are two main flaws in pureVPN, which is not to say that it is not good - it is.
That said:- the software is not responsive. I have to click on the software multiple times before it responds.
- I should have the option to change IPs/countries every few minutes. That should be pretty standard, really.Hopefully Pure VPN will improve in the near future.

I have a question as I am unclear about split tunneling.
So, I enabled split tunneling and I launched ONLY utorrent on split tunneling. Does this mean that utorrent is now connected through VPN, whereas all other programs are not?Thanks for the help.

Hello,
I've written before re: some sort of 'get your attention' alarm when the connection drops, having used it not long, but extensively, I feel yet stronger re: the suggestion & would move it to the 'first item catagory, and possibly 'urgent'.
I've been using 'NETSHADE' since its inception and continue to. Not as many servers, but the UI and options available, ie: a two hop VPN. If you haven't looked & worked it some I believe you'll come away with things to think about.
Please, Im not complaining, I've simply found feedback the best way to spot weak links and improve the product.Best,
