    I have been using PureVPN for over a year now and am absolutely unsatisfied with the service. NONE of the servers are reliable and the application clearly has bugs that often prevent me from opening the application and from changing the server. The servers are always getting disconnected no matter where I try to connect to and the speed is iffy at best. I dont want to have to change services but lately, I'm finding less and less reasons to stay with PureVPN. To be frank, I'm just not exactly sure what I'm paying for. I live in China where just about all of my coworkers and friends use different VPN clients and none of them have the complaints that I have. If there is some kind of update that I'm missing, please let me know. If things do not improve on my side, I'm going to quit.

    @mke Sweeney Please share with us which Operating System you are using and we will assist you accordingly. Also please clear the cache of your browser before browsing over Internet.

    even with the vpn running, sites see me as outside the usa. I am connected to your seattle server. is there somthing else I need to do?

    @Tim It is to inform you that we do not allow torrents on all servers. You have been sent a separate email with the list of allowed server. Please try with them and share your feedback with us.

    Bittorrent is extremely slow. 200K per second is pathetic. With your competitor my torrent sppeds are 2M per second. I won't be renewing my subscription.

    Hi,

    it says my password is invalid when I want to connect to the swiss server in bern.

    Do the passwords take some time to progagate?

    @FRANK You have been sent a software in a separate email for China. Please try to connect with that software and share the results with us. Also the update was not for China customers.

    @david It is to inform you that Split Tunneling works on Windows 8 as well. Please temporarily disable your antivirus program, if any and then try to use the feature. And then allow PureVPN Software through your Antivirus Firewalls.

    my stepson in the tampa US set up my account.
    i contacted customer support a few months ago because i kept losing the connection and i forgot my password. it was fixed and the connection stayed connected until about 2 weeks ago. i also started getting pop-ups to up date my puervpn. but at the end of the request "purevpn---.cn" i had my son check and he said there is no new update. yesterday i got another purevpn pop-up and the web address started with GZ------- and no .cn this time but that GZ means guangzhou china. please look into this for all of us using purevpn. china is trying to get into your/our system. thank you

    split tunneling is a good feature if could get it to work on windows 8
