Hi. I use the PureVPN dashboard on Mac OS. I like the dashboard because I'm able to select the server/country I want to connect.
But I have problems reading the bandwidth graph. Its units are int bits, which doesn't tell me much, especially when I downloaded 100 Mbytes. I would like the graph (and the statistics table next to it) to change its units from Kb to Mb to Gb based on the usage, so that I understand more easily the numbers.
Do you think next software versions could include this simple change? I'm sure it will be useful for many people. Thanks.

Just joined a few hours ago and having slow connection speeds...sites are lagging, some sites
don't even load, tried many different countries servers all generally the same
slow speeds and lagged sites.....so far not satisfied and thinking about getting a refund

@Andrew, we observed that twicth TV is working with PureVPN. Could you please share with us in detail what exactly you need and we will guide you accordingly. In order to avoid crash, try split tunneling with any other browser and submit your feedback.

Hi, I love your split tunneling service it sometimes crashes while opening google chrome though.
You could setup like a tunnel service to connect to twitch.tv a lot of people in australia have lag issues connecting to twitch.
I use your service to connect to fastest US server but i need to keep connecting until i get to scotsdale AZ which keeps me lag free.
Just something to think about thanks. -

@Jonathon Lewys After connecting VPN when you will start activity then software will show you data in and out. You are suggested to go to Network Preferences > Click on VPN Icon and select Show VPN status on Menu bar. An email has also been sent. Please follow the same and share your feedback with us.
