Hi, the settings -> scale (mbps/kbps) is not working well. It reports far higher results than actual, posibbly by factor 10 or even 100?

If it is not too late, please change the behavior of your spit tunneling functionality.
It would be much more comforting to know all traffic is going through the VPN
unless specifically requested - rather than how it is currently implemented, which
is the reverse. I hope I'm not too late wtih this request.
Also, having a status symbol to show an application is currently routed through
the VPN or not would be helpful. -

@chris page Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and switching between the servers. Also, please share which Operating System you are using and we will assist you accordingly.

@markus wailand Please download install the correct version of PureVPN Client as per your OSX version. This should resolve your issue.

@Taha Please clear your browse cache then connect VPN and verify your IP from any IP to location website and access Youtube. @julia There are multiple factors that may cause the speed issue and mostly switching between the protocols resolves this issue. Please switch between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP

@jzme2night Sorry for inconvenience let me address your concerns in detail. Hopefully, you will be satisfied and will understand our position / concern as well.
1. Reason of verification have been already shared with you. As every customer is not asked for verification but only the orders flagged by our anti fraud check so your were also asked for verification. We could not leak the reason / points, why an order is flagged.
2. We had lot of complaints even from the PayPal/Credit Card users that their account was misused after which we have implemented that system and have controlled a lot.
3. We believe that it is for our mutual security and if you think it's not beneficial for our business but for customers. After having a VPN service, the world wide web is open for any one so we also have some concern "Knowing Your Customer".

I've got an email from enquiry@purevpn.com where I was told that I need to send a scanned copy of Credit Card with everything blacked out except for the last 4 digit. I don't understand why purevpn needs this. In additioin, my id is now blocked.
I feel strongly uncomfortable with this. I've paid for an year which started on Jan 3 2014. I want the service back.
For your informatioin, I open travel to Rwanda for business and use the service from there. If purevpn thought it suspicious that I logged in from Rwanda and then South Korea, please count in that your subscribers do travel the world.

We don't allow p2p/filesharing where it's illegal by law namely United Kingdom (UK) , United States (US), Canada, Australia and others. You can connect to below mentioned shared servers for p2p / filesharing.

When I installed pure vpn onto my computer I intended to give it a months trial and
if happy would take out a years subscription.I am NOT happy I am unable to download succesfully download torrents with ease.I have downloaded some but don't know how!I am looking round for another vpn and when I find one I trust will be taking my business elsewhere -

Whenever I try to use the French servers and go to Youtube (or any Google service), I am detected to be in... Germany.
Which blocks all content exclusive in France.Please help us as we subscribed your service for the chance to access France content.
