When trying to connect with MAC follow message appears:
PureVPN's helper tool is not installed. This tool is required for correct operation.
Do you want to install it now? I say yes, but at the end it says Authorisation failed
If I try again the same problem occurs.
Any idea of what I should do? -

It is to inform you that VPN works within internet and it depands on your internet connection moreover Purevpn.com has a particular strength in providing high capacity, low latency, secure bandwidth.However the final speed depends upon many factors like: transit nodes between your network and a VPN server,noise ,....etc.For example if you are located too far from a VPN server, you may not get maximum speed of server and this is because the network traffic may travel around the Earth from a user to a VPN server and then back to destination host.

can we arrange for a local access? when i VPN away from china bandwidth is always very slow. If i use the VPN to access the remote site sya in UK then once authenticated switch to normal internet its always faster

@manea - Please share with us your operating system so we will guide you accordingly and if you are using Windows so please try with SSTP protocol as well. Also please share with us which username you are using to connect VPN.

I am trying to connect my dailer to try if the service is working in United Arab Emirates I tried L2TP and PPTP both are not connecting I tried to use servers in Turkey / USA/ Malaysia/singapore but non were able to connect it keeps saying "trying to connet" with no successful connection.

@Nathaniel - This issue may occur if the following services are disabled:
Telephony
Remote Access Connection Manager
Remote Access Auto Connection ManagerTo resolve this issue, enable the disabled services, and then start the services:
Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.
Double-click Services and Applications, and then double-click Services.
Right-click Telephony, and then click Properties.
On the General tab, click Manual next to Startup type.
On the General tab, click Start under Service status, and then click OK.
Repeat steps 3 - 5 for the Remote Access Connection Manager service and for the Remote Access Auto Connection Manager service. -

I consistently get an error message that says "an unhandled exception has occurred. Balloon tip text must have a non-empty value." It crashes PureVPN every time, so I restart it and and run it for a while again. Is there a fix for this?

Hi,
I received an email on March 18 saying that my invoice no. 271180 generated on 09/03/2014 was overdue.
I checked my bank account and the monthly amounted has been billed regularly on every 1st of the month like previous months, when i could connect. Now i can't.
On top of that i can't access your website from mainland China anymore, and the your chat option desn't work either.
Can you please help me?

@Mike - Please try switching between protocols i.e PPTP/L2TP and also please try to connect using server IPs instead of server address. We have sent you server IPs on your registration email address. Also please disable your system firewall,Antivirus Firewall and if connected with router so disable router firewall as well.

I am a US citizen living and working in China. This VPN does not work well here. It randomly and frequently disconnects. I am not pleased with this VPN.

Mac OS X client, automatic re-dial if the line goes down would be great. I have a small script now that checks the line every 10 seconds, but is does not understand PureVPN client and is bind to the native VPN client in OS X.
