    As I am user who usually watch online video which need a EU serve, so I required a serve provding the fastest speed for online stream. I find your service include many server in many EU countries. could you recommond one or two which is usually fast for me?

    Hi,

    Where can I vote for PureVPN to include server in Poland
    as there a number of channels you need to have a Polish IP to watch
    and there is a large Polish community around the world.

    Hi there
    I'd like to start by saying that I'm generally satisfied with the service you provide.
    However, I see that Plimus, the company which handles your billing, is charging
    me for a couple of add on services which I clicked on from the control panel out
    of curiosity. These services then immediately appeared in my account settings as
    being due for payment, without any warning. I think this is rasther an aggressive
    way of doing business.

    I'd like to make it clear that should I choose to renew my subscription, I don't want
    any of the add on services, such as veery high bandwidth and the NTS firewall.

    Since purchasing PureVPN I have not been able to access a single program. If I try to acess Yido, as an example, I get no picture nor sound. If someone can explain to me how to access streaming video I would be appreciativve. Sincerely, Michael Joel Held

    @Fiona It is to inform you that we are in the process of adding new servers to improve our customer experience and let them enjoy good speeds. The IPs are already updated on more of the websites like www.whatismyipaddress.com and www.maxmind.com etc. It will a take few days to be updated on all IP locating websites and other Hong Kong based websites etc.

    Why i can't change into hongkong server? i was choose Hongkong (SAR) server but when i track my server at Texas USA, it confuse !!

    @Andre - Could you please share with us are you getting disconnection issue with all applications or it is just specific with Team Speak so we will guide you accordingly.

    Hello,

    first of all I love pureVPN its simple easy to use and works like a charm
    (besides the split tunneling but thats another story ^^ )

    The only problem I got with pure vpn is, everytime im on Teamspeak³ and connect
    to a VPN I get disconnects after a few minutes (usually 5-10).
    If you know Teamspeak you can activate IP based flags which show your location.
    This point changes to the choosen VPN one but after a few minutes I lose
    connection to the Teamspeak server.

    Without this issue I would rate pure vpn as perfect.
