The Mac program works well, but looks terrible on retina MBP, if you could update to display at a higher res it would be great :)

I love the tunneling feature, but it needs an indicator beside each app that indicates that the respective app has been in fact opened within purevpn and that the app is in fact vpn protected.
If you have 4 or 5 apps that you want vpn protected it would be great to see in an instant which ones have been launched wthin purevpn, and which ones have not.
For example if I already had 2 or 3 of theose apps already running when I start purevpn, but then forget which ones I have have launched inside or outside purevpn, I have no way of quickly checking to ensure each app is in fact secure.
I need a quick way to know that a particular app is in fact vpn protected and that its activity is safe from intrusion.
A red light for unsafe and green light for safe on the tunneling page would be sufficient.

I've signed up mainly to use the UK BBC iPlayer. Streaming is pretty good, but downloading is awfully slow - about 90 mins to download 100MB, for example. I'm using T2TP and Maidenhead. I don't understand the Protocols. Is there anything I can change to speed up the downloads?

I have tried using my current pure vpn on my other computer. I have downloaded the programme, I have everything, but each time I try to connect, I get the message "change netwrok settings", yet the network is the same network as my other computer,and I have no problems to connect.
I have changed protocol as suggested, and I have ensured all my passwords and Urls are correct exactly the same as my other computer, but still do not connect.Please advise.

Also I have waited one hour on support website for soemone to talk with me, and no one as shown up.

I am not satisfied with pure VPN. The service is very slow for me and download speeds reduced by less than half.

Now we in germany have the same problems with german tv-streamers.
because your 18 Germany Munich Servers are Geolocating to Nederlands.

My question is if you please could change it back to Germany Geolocation,
as it was before hulu changing.

I need german IP-location when I am staying in USA at every end of the year
for streaming german TV.

Performance is generally good. But I have chosen purevpn instead of otehr services because it claims to provide Chinese IP address. But the so-called Chinese IP does not work at all. Any IP detector online shows its a New York IP address instead of a Chinese one.
