Hello,
I am on a three day trial.The VPN service I used previously was HMA.
I want to suggest you check out their VPN connection tool. It has features such as running speed tests on the servers, which I found quite useful. It would be nice to see something like that in your client.

Why isn't this linked to your main web page? I have your service entered on my router and this window seems to only be applicable to pc connections. When I hit Connect on this I get a message saying "DNS has changed since last connected; to secure DNS restart with Administrator rights and then press Connect". Your chat person, Dmitry, told me that when I'm accessing on the router I don't need to connect from my desktop. How then do I save my settings? This dashboard doesn't show up on your website where I'm logged in automatically.

@Mehdi Badj - It is to inform you that we have blocked ping on our all servers due to decurity reasons. In order to better assist you please share the following information:
1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

Hi,
Starting from yesterday at May 21, 2014, I have a unique issue. I'm able to connect to the my VPN as usual and everything is great but afer that I wouldn't able to access any website. It's same when I want to ping a website too and I get all timeouts.
My ISP is same my model is same and everything else is the same too as before which was okay. I need your fast response regarding this.

What about a system to turn off downloading when the VPN connection is dropped. I often sit around to be sure my connection is not dropped, then go get som elunch and come back to see it has dropped and the downloading of documents is continuing without my VPN active.
