Is there any way that you could ensure that when connection dropped that it is automatically restored? I find on occasion that I just get a frozen stream and have to manually reconnect.

Hi,
I was hoping to be able to view worldcup livestream from my home country Germany when I connect with the German router, but it doesn't work. They still tell me this is for out of Germany only. Any thoughts?

I have installed everything needed, paid my bill, set up my account, chatted twice with your support team and still I do not have a TV screen. What is wrong? This is a very difficult system to configure so please help me as I want to watch the world cup. If I like your service I will subscribe for longer than a month as I do not own a TV but I have to discover how in the world I get your viewing screen first. Please help. Thank you, Nancy

I just purchase pure vpn for 1 month.
WHen I try to connect to the mexican server, I then go check my IP adress and it says that the server is in CHILE....
I really need to have a server in Mexico.Can you explain me why it's in Chile?

Hi,
I had several mails and chats with your support team. Last was advising from to switch from L2TP to PPTP.
Result the connection lasts about 30' on L2TP and 10' on PPTP. That would'nt be a drama if it would'nt also completely crash down the OS, and the only way to get it back working is a long press on the start button.
This since I'm using it. I think I'm entitled to br refunded as I never could use this service properly.

Some comments re your website:
1) Your Livechat function is the worst I've ever used...seems I can't toggle between that screen and your website or my logged in screen as Administrator; when I'm trying to follow your Chat person's directions I get disconnected.
1a) Seems I can't access my account information without contacting your chat person which can take some time. Why not? Why should I be subjected to that time consuming and frustrating process when I've logged in?
2) The person at the other end of the live chat leaves a lot to be desired, requiring information to be entered multiple times before "getting it"
3) The "?" hover on your website doesn't hover long enough to allow the information to be read
4) Your home page after log in offers a Message to "Open VPN Users" about the HeartBleed patches etc. As a new user with access to your service vice my router I had no idea that this did not apply to me. AGAIN I had to go through the agonzing Chat process to find out that I didn't need to download them or, indeed to download the Open VPN software. You could have saved me a lot of time by making that clear. -

Hi,
I am find that while i am using purevpn london server to access itv.. it is always buffering every 5 to 10 mins.. thats a very bad experience in view of openvpn which is free and i havent got a buffering event watching the same match on itv for the last 30 mins..
Your servers are not worth the money i think..

I have PureVPN on both Mac and PC but have now purchased a ChromeBox. As Chromebooks and Boxes are increasing in popularity do you plan software that works on these? I suspect there is improving demand.
Your service is really good and this would further improve things.
