    @Machiel Kommers Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and share the results with us. Also please share which operating system you are using and we will assist you accordingly.

    Dear sir/madame,

    Today I installed PureVPN. I wanted to see a football match. Pure VPN did work because I didn't receive the usual
    message that I couldn't see the match. But the screen stayed black, if as the connection was too slow

    I thought that my internet connection would be boosted up to 20 mbs with Pure VPN

    This is hopeless ..Pure VPN is now refusing to accepy my particulars and even when it did work the banwidth was so inadequate it was useless following for example sports events ...

    this is my ticket #782352
    and for 3 days i went through several agents trying to make my hulu working on my apple tv. And to day i was told from teamviewer while the agent is connected that they are already out of options to make it work. But was give a hope before that DNS FOR HULU is working already. BUT TODAY NO MORE OPTIONS TO MAKE IT WORK. I would want to demand an extension of the service without any additional charge since i can't fully enjoy the service when in fact i was told the 1st place that it is working with HULU. i accepted that information. It hasn't been a month since i registered and it will take longer then i think i'd rather settle with other services and request for a REFUND if this will not push through.

    @HSY Thanks for contacting us , To resolve error 741 please set VPN encryption level from none to require or optional . If you are using PureVPN software please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

    1- Open PureVPN client software
    2- Go to settings
    3- There is Encryption security option
    4- Set encryption to; Optional Encryption;or Require Encryption
    5- Save Settings
    6- Press quick connect from the Dashboard option
    7- Make sure you have selected the server / protocol on which you are getting error.

    Hi,

    We have been watching TV programs internationally from our yacht. Your service is great but we wonder if there is any way that we can cache BBC programs on a more local server of yours rather than stream straight from Maidenhead to avoid interruptions in viewing?

    I'm looking for a good, reliable VPN software which keeps it connection up and running in China. Unfortunately PureVPN is not the solution: it simply doesn't keep up the connection and is unreliable.

    @Log It seems that you are using old version of PureVPN Client. Please uninstall PureVPN Client and download the updated version from PureVPN website.
