Hi
this is more a trouble shooting question. I am trying to stream BBC radio with WImbledon commentary onto my laptop with no success. It just gives me the normal feedback that because of restrictions of broadcasting rights I am not allowed to listen to it?
Please help.

To whom it may concern,
The service level provided is woeful. For 5 consecutive days I have been unable to achieve a satisfactory connection to the UK.
I do not see myself renewing with your company, though unfortunately I have 10 months remaining.

You know, when using purevpn and it tries to update the version and stops itself, you cannot connect to purevpn.com since you now are off the vpn and purevpn.com is blocked, so it is a catch 22 situation. Perhaps the update file should be imported thru the vpn connection first?

Dear PureVPN,
I signed up for your service yesterday, and I already like it very much :)
However one thing would be very good:
If the PureVPN client connected automaticly after my computer had wifi turned of/computer in sleeping mode.
I Use OSX 10.8.5

I'm attempting to connect to pureVPN. I get a message that shows only the first
line and then disappears in a few seconds that says something to the effect that
there may be a firewall between my computer(?) and the server(?). First, why isn't
the full message displayed and left up? Second, what do I do to remove the obstacle? -

@Jim Russell - Please share with us your operating system on which you are using VPN. Also auto reconnect option is available in our windows software. If you are using windows so please goto settings tab of the software and under settings click on redial automatically if connection drops.

@antonio rego - It is to inform you that currently we have Internet Kill Switch feature available in Windows only but we are working on it to make it enable for Mac as well. Regarding disconnection issue you may try switching between protocols i.e PPTP/L2TP and also switching between servers. You may also join us on live chat from our website.

1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
