    I need to unsubscibed the service and request a refund. The speed connect to China is really bad! It even getting worse by using your VPN.

    i actavataded Internet kill Beta and now even when i start up as admin keeps giving me message i need to start as admin , when i try to uncheck Actavate it wont let me uncheck Now what should i do ?

    Dear All

    Since a few weeks I am observing, that the server de1.purevpn.net is disconnecting me regularly, but random. This is very unconvinient.
    Please help to fix.

    Other servers are much more stable, for example uk1 or us1 or ch1.....

    I caanot get this system to launch. I press connect and it says "The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator."

    Please tell me how I would get a refund. Have not been able to consistently sign up using a Canadian IP in 5 days of trying. We were able to watch CBC News once out of 20 tries. British IP works fine. I am still working on fixing it but running out of time. I am a Canadian in Canada but my server is US because of our remote location near US boarder with Canada.

    Was a little skeptical but it actually worked! The website no longer blocks my connection because I'm in the US and I can watch channels in my home country!

    PPTP: Many do not have a stable server connection. PLEASE FIX THAT PROBLEM "immediately"

    @Hannah - Yes, you can change your VPN password by following below steps.
    1. Please Open Client Login page http://billing.purevpn.com/clientarea.php
    2. Enter your registration email address and password to login to Client Area
    3. Goto account details
    4. Click on change password
    5. Click on change VPN password
    6. You will receive an email with token No so enter your token No and click verify
    7. Then enter your desired password
    8. Click save changes
