I had to reboot my computer, and after re-installing purevpn it will not let me log on with the user name and password you gave me when I originally purchased your service.

1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

From Maine, using blocker as Italy or UK "Fastest Server" makes me show up online as Canadian, not IT or UK.

Hi,
I bought a one year subscription to PureVPN in December 2013 and I'm really happy with your product!My problem is that I want to format my computer but I can't do that is because I dont know my PureVPN login password...
When I ordered PureVPN I used an email address that I no longer use (shadowson@qip.ru) and so I no longer have my pureVPN login data.
The only thing I have is my login (purevpn0s97719) and the password is luckily filled out in the client so I can connect to your service any time I want to.
But if I format my computer and install the client again I wont be able to use PureVPN any more :(
I dont want to wait until December 2014 to format my computer...How can you guys help me reset my login password when I can no longer access the email address I used when I subscribed to PureVPN?
