I am trying to retrive my username and password, after talking to one of your
technitian I have decided to cancel my services and move to another provider,
your lack of hekpfulness and use of ease makes it very frustrating. and the instructions given by the tech on a system that doesn work is incredible.
YOu should have as any other provider has FORGOT USERNAME, FORGOT PASSOWORD
Automated system, temp credentials and no angry customer.

3- At the right side you can see "Quick Navigation" option
4- Under that option you will find "My Email"

We are U.S. citizens abroad. VPN used to work in our pcs but it doesn't anymore.
When we try to watch U.S. TV the providers still don't think we are in the country
like until a few months ago. If this is not fixed, we'll have to cancel this service.

Suggestions:

I'd like to see more information in the program, particularly showing somewhere which server is connected when the 'fastest' is chosen. Just the location name will do ('London' ,'Paris'), i don't need the IP.
Perhaps the speed or response-time could be shown in the list of servers, perhaps after a button is pressed to do a scan and sort the list by speed/response.

I purchased an entire year's subscription to PureVPN based on the expectation that I would be able to run the VPN from my mobile device. Whenever I try to log in from the PureVPN app, it just shuts the app down completely. Is there something that can be done about this?
